Emergency SAP Downtime

Respected Sir/Madam,

The Competent authority has approved the below emergency SAP downtime activity.

Reason: Currently experiencing a database congestion in SAP ECP. In order to resolve the issue, we have to take restart of database. During restart, database may go into recovery state and will take time to come up. If database comes up early, then it will release the system for business users early.

Downtime Window: Tuesday, May 07, 2024 9:00 PM to Wednesday, May 08, 2024 7:00 AM

Business Impact: All SAP Modules including Mail Operations, HRMS, F&A, IPVS, DPMS, Track N Trace, Complaint Management, Bulk Booking, Bulk Customer Report and Call Center will be impacted.

It is requested to kindly inform all office/officers accordingly.
